  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking details, wherever available.

2. Embroidered Products

  • Orders containing embroidered, personalised, or customised products may require additional processing time.

  • Embroidered products can take up to 7 business days to dispatch due to the additional preparation and embroidery process.

  • After dispatch, the order will be delivered according to the applicable courier transit time.

3. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier or logistics delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Unexpected operational or transportation issues

The Scrub Zone cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics partners.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and contact number.

If incorrect or incomplete information results in a failed delivery or return to sender, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Customers can use the tracking information provided to check the status of their shipment directly with the respective courier service.
