1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and unworn.
    • In their original condition.
    • Returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
  • The Scrub Zone reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible products may be exchanged for another size, color, or product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a Store Credit (Credit Note) equivalent to the value of the returned product will be issued.
  • Exchange requests can be initiated by contacting our customer support team within the eligible return period.

3. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds for returned products.
  • Approved returns will be issued as a Store Credit (Credit Note) equal to the value of the returned item.
  • Store Credits:
    • Are non-transferable.
    • Cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • Can only be used for purchases on The Scrub Zone website.
    • Must be utilized within 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store Credits will automatically expire after the validity period and cannot be reinstated.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:

  • Customized products
  • Personalized products
  • Embroidered items
  • Monogrammed products
  • Made-to-order products

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send clear photographs of:
    • The product received
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label (if applicable)

Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the situation.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product before returning it.
  • We recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service.
  • The Scrub Zone is not responsible for products lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
